Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bhomo.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

This document is a legally binding agreement between you as the user(s) of the Platform (referred to as “you”, “your” , “User”  or "Customer" hereinafter) and the Bhomo.com (referred to as “we”, “our” or “Bhomo.com” hereinafter).

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Cash on Delivery Orders

Cash on Delivery or COD orders are subject to acceptance by our courier partners. If any of particular COD order is refused or rejected by our courier partners, in that case Your order will be converted to pre-paid order. In some risky or flagged areas, We may not offer COD service.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

There is possibility that Due to Network congestion, You may not receive Confirmation SMS notification, in this case You can track your Order in My Account > Purchase History for shipment details.

Some of our Partner Courier Services are direct integrated with our system and If We ship your order via them, in this case You can track your shipment at My Account > Purchase History only and We may not provide you separate tracking number.

Damages

Bhomo.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
